Shipping & Delivery

Some important points to remember about shopping with include:-

The price you see is the price you pay!

Our price includes: VAT at 20%

Delivery charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at time of checkout. The delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the goods you purchase where you live and the type of delivery required, insurance is included in that price.  If you live outside the UK then please contact us first so that we can give you a price on shipping.

You are welcome to collect any order in person if you wish. 

Our deliveries are by usually shipped via Royal Mail Tracked (if the order is placed before 12.00 am) on stock lines.  Special order items will take longer depending on availability.  We will endeavour to give you a lead time for delivery, if at all possible.

If the premises are empty at time of delivery then a contact card will be left and the parcel will be held at your local depot for several days before being returned to us.  It is essential that you contact them within that time to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.  If you have not found a contact card after the date that the delivery was expected, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries on your behalf.

Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously. Cookies are used on this site to enable you to shop with us. We do not track your activities away from us and do not share your details with anyone else unless compelled to do so by law.

We do not store your card details on our site, all online payments are securely processed by our payment partners for your safety. Any card payments processed by telephone are not stored electronically by us to ensure security.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order before despatch please contact our Customer Services team on 0161 799 9726 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.

It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Date of the order

 Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 7 days of delivery (see our Returns section for further details on our returns policy).

If you wish to cancel the order within 14 days after delivery, we will refund the cost of the item and delivery but not cost of returning the item to us.

Returns Policy & procedure

We are pretty certain that you will be delighted with any product purchased from us but if you wish to return an item to us then we will try to make it as easy as we can. Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days of the date of despatch so long as it is unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

We will refund the price of the item and carriage cost of the unwanted item.  The return carriage charge to us will be at your cost.

If an item arrives damaged or becomes faulty we will arrange to replace it at our cost (up to 90 days after purchase).

After 90 days we may offer to collect the item and arrange for it to be repaired where appropriate (again at our cost).

We will keep you informed about the progress of any replacement products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 If on return the product is found not to be faulty then you will be liable for any costs incurred including return of the product to yourself.  We try to avoid unnecessary charges whenever possible.

Procedure for exchanging or returning an item:

If you would like to request a return, please send an email to our customer service team outlining the item you would like to return, your original order number, our stock number and the reason. Please tell us if you would like the product exchanged or refunded.

We will respond as soon as we can giving a returns note authorisation number and details of when our carrier will collect the item. Please print this email and enclose it with your item as it will give us all the details we need to process your refund or replacement.

Please package the item securely for transit, using the manufacturer’s original packaging if available, and remember to enclose all the individual items that combine to make the product complete including instruction manuals, fixing screws etc.

Once we have received and processed the returned item we will process the refund or despatch the replacement item.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment will be processed at the time of order via our payment partner. If the items are unavailable then your payment will be refunded in full. Promotions are available for a limited time and maybe withdrawn at any time. If our published pricing for an item is in error then we will contact you and refund your payment.

Viewing Orders 

If you registered with us then you may view any previous orders or items on your wish list when logged into your account.

Updating Account Information

 You can change your stored details from within your account at any time.
