Our price includes: VAT at 20%
Delivery charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at time of checkout. The delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the goods you purchase where you live and the type of delivery required, insurance is included in that price. The only way we can do this is using the details you give when you register. If you live outside the UK then please contact us first so that we can give you a price on shipping.
You are welcome to collect any order in person if you wish.
Our courier deliveries are by usually shipped via DHL (if the order is placed before 12.00 am) on stock lines. Special order items will take longer depending on availability. We will endevour to give you a lead time for delivery, if at all possible.
If the premises are empty at time of delivery then a contact card will be left and the parcel will be held by the carrier for seven days before being returned to us. It is essential that you contact them within that time to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. If you have not found a contact card after the date that the delivery was expected, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries on your behalf.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order before despatch please contact our Customer Services team
on 0161 799 9726 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.
It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of the order
Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 7 days of delivery (see our Returns section for further details on our returns policy).
If you wish to cancel the order within 7 days after delivery, we will refund the cost of the item and delivery but not cost of returning the item to us.
Returns Policy & procedure
We are pretty certain that you will be delighted with any product purchased from us but if you wish to return an item to us then we will try to make it as easy as we can. Any item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of despatch so long as it is unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
We will refund the price of the item and carriage cost of the unwanted item. The return carriage charge to us will be at your cost.
If an item arrives damaged or becomes faulty we will arrange to replace it at our cost (up to 90 days after purchase).
After 90 days we may offer to collect the item and arrange for it to be repaired where appropriate (again at our cost).
We will keep you informed about the progress of any replacement products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If on return the product is found not to be faulty then you will be liable for any costs inccured including return of the product to yourself. We try to avoid unnecessary charges whenever possible.
Procedure for exchanging or returning an item:
If you would like to request a return, please send an email to our customer service team outlining the item you would like to return, your original order number, our stock number and the reason. Please tell us if you would like the product exchanged or refunded.
We will respond as soon as we can giving a returns note authorisation number and details of when our carrier will collect the item. Please print this email and enclose it with your item as it will give us all the details we need to process your refund or replacement.
Please package the item securely for transit, using the manufacturers original packaging if available, and remember to enclose all the individual items that combine to make the product complete including instruction manuals, fixing screws etc.
Once we have received and processed the returned item we will process the refund or despatch the replacement item.

Hire Terms & Conditions

Deposits in CASH, Debit Cards, Credit Cards (No AMEX). We will also require an I.D. with the current address eg: Driving Licence or Utility Bill (no more than 3 months old).

The Roof Equipment will be supplied complete, clean and in good condition. It must be returned in the same way. A checklist will be completed by both a member of staff and the hirer at time of hire and return of hired Equipment.

We allow our customers to collect the hired roof Equipment a day before and returned the following day of the hire period giving a clear and full hire period. If the Roof Equipment is returned later than the due date then a Penalty charge of £10.00 per day will be levied.

A deposit will be taken and receipt given at time of hire. This will be refunded subject to the Roof Equipment being returned complete, clean and in good condition. If the Roof Equipment is returned other than how it was then the returned deposit may be reduced or lost completely.

Roof Equipment will be supplied with full instructions on how to fit them, or we will do this for you for free.

Please note that to mount a Roof Box or Roof Bike Carrier on your car you will need the correct roof bar mounting system for your vehicle in place first, it is also best to check that they fit correctly to your vehicle if you haven’t used them before.

While we endeavour to have everything in place ready for you. There may be circumstances when we are unable to supply you with the equipment booked (late or damaged returned equipment or where the listed equipment is unsuitable for your vehicle) in these cases we will refund any charges we have made. This will be our only liability in this case and we will not be liable for any other costs.

Correct Roof Bars for your vehicle can also be bought outright for your car or be hired as per above, the choice is yours.
